A ‘Course in Meditation’ will give the whole of your live and everything you start up, a boost. In all courses and workshops which I offer, mostly an aspect of (active) meditation is present, like in the Osho Zen Tarot courses and in the Tao Oracle & I Ching workshops.
The reason for this is when you enter deeper into yourself by means of meditation, you will act from your heart energy during these courses and workshops. And being at a deeper level you act from your consciousness and that is the basis of intense insight and happiness.  Course in meditation

(Active) meditation is not only useful in special occasions. In fact, it is fine when it becomes a natural habit. Then an meditative undercurrent will arise in your life from which you deal with things. This process results in a growth of awareness and it guarantees that you hardly make mistakes.

‘Course in Meditation’

To get familiar with active meditation I also offer course, consisting of several workshops, which purely include meditation.
In such a kind of workshop every lesson involves 2 meditations: these are explained at a deep level and also the experience of it is offered.
The background of the meditation is discussed and the method of the meditation is explained. The description of every meditation is handed over and all the descriptions together form the course syllabus which is included in the complete course. A complete course mostly comprises 3 workshops in which 2 meditations are explained and practiced.

The aspect of Osho Zen Tarot in a ‘Course in Meditation’

While offering the ‘Course in Meditation’ it turned out that the aspect of the Osho Zen Tarot added a very pleasant aspect to the meditation experience. Also the meditation may get a more deepening and directive effect by this application. Therefore the aspect of the Osho Zen Tarot has been added to the Course in Meditation. In practice the process is going like this.
On beforehand we all the time select 1 or 2 Osho Zen Tarot cards. They can work through you during the meditation. While we give feedback after the meditations and share our experience of the meditations, the selected Osho Zen Tarot cards come to the fore. Participants feel fed by the process and will leave after thisCourse in  Meditation and Osho Zen Tarot total experience.

For the meditations the authentic Pune meditation chair is available. You can sit comfortably on these and feel grounded. This way going deep into yourself becomes more easy.

Osho Kundalini meditation

Osho on How to Shake:

“If you are doing the kundalini meditation, allow the shaking – don’t do it! Stand silently, feel it coming, and when your body starts a little trembling, help it, but don’t do it! Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it, welcome it, but don’t will it.

“If you force, it will become an exercise, a bodily physical exercise. Then the shaking will be there, but just on the surface. It will not penetrate you. You will remain solid, stonelike, rocklike within. You will remain the manipulator, the doer, and the body will only be following. The body is not the question, you are the question.

“When I say shake, I mean your solidity, your rocklike being should shake to the very foundations, so it becomes liquid, fluid, melts, flows. And when the rocklike being becomes liquid your body will follow. Then there is no shaker, only shaking; then nobody is doing it, it is simply happening. Then the doer is not.

“Enjoy it, but don’t will it. And remember, whenever you will a thing you cannot enjoy it. They are reverse, opposites; they never meet. If you will a thing you cannot enjoy it, if you enjoy it you cannot will it.” Osho


The meditation is one hour long, with four stages.

First Stage: 15 minutes
Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.

Second Stage: 15 minutes
Dance … any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Again, your eyes can be open or closed.

Third Stage: 15 minutes
Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing, observing, witnessing, whatever is happening inside and out.

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes
Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.
